Summary: Great location too Keeneland, downtown, any roads of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, which is what we were looking for. House was comfortable and had plenty of room for 2 couples.

Summary: We stayed here in 2024 and loved it. Just rented again in 2025 and enjoyed it just as much! The house is charming with lovely decor and linens. Our little dog loves the fenced-in backyard! In warmer weather it would be delightful to sit on the back porch. The owners are very responsive and helpful. This is a great place to stay whatever reason brings you to Lexington! Highly recommend!

Summary: Property was comfortable and spacious with a great outdoor space. Couple things to make note of that could make for a more ideal stay...Whole house could use a deeper clean - baseboards were very dusty and the cold air return in the master was caked in dust. Closet doors in master were broken so it made using the closet difficult. And the layout of the master was awkward. Consider putting the bed on the wall with the window to make entering/exiting the room easier?Overall though, our stay was comfortable and we liked the layout of the house and the spacious yard for the dogs.

Summary: The house was in a perfect location for us. It was properly appointed with everything we needed. I would only suggest a good dusting and cleaning bugs out of the lights as well as a new bed in the master. Otherwise it was perfect for us.
